«4th Lents Worldwide Sports Taekwondo Online Poomsae Open 2021 / Recognized / Freestyle / Para & Beach Poomsae» took place on April 24-25. 654 athletes from 46 countries participated in this tournament. Ukraine Taekwondo Union children’s freestyle team and athletes with physical and visual impairments of the Ladyzhinsky sports club «Sindo» represented Ukraine at these competitions.

UTU athletes have won eleven medals in freestyle (eight gold, two silver and one bronze).

In particular, our athletes with color belts up to 17 years old:

Rostyslav Steshchenko (14 y.o.) – three gold awards:

1st place freestyle mixed team (five);

1st place freestyle pair;

1st place freestyle individual.

Veronika Melentieva (11 y.o.) – two gold and one silver awards:

1st place freestyle mixed team (five);

1st place freestyle pair;

2nd place freestyle individual.

Yevhenii Biliavskyi (9 y.o.) – one gold and one silver award:

1st place freestyle mixed team (five);

2nd place freestyle individual.

Varvara Boiko (10 y.o.) – one gold award:

1st place freestyle mixed team (five).

Anastasiia Chulova (13 y.o.) – one gold award:

1st place freestyle mixed team (five).

Yevhenii Kapustinskyi (13 y.o.) – one bronze award:

3rd place freestyle individual (12-17 y.o., black belts).

There was no equal to the sports club «Shindo» athletes in the para poomsae section. Tsaptsina Ivanna, Myhulko Dariia, Trokhymenko Inna, Antoniuk Vladyslav and Komlieva Diana received five gold medals each in its own class.

In total, Ukraine has thirteen gold, two silver and one bronze medals.
